1. Our Service
- theonlineworx.com provides a platform to source, recommend, and connect Clients with qualified Freelancers based in the Philippines.
- We act solely as an intermediary. We are not an employer of Freelancers, and we are not a party to any contract or agreement made between Clients and Freelancers.
- The decision to engage a Freelancer rests entirely with the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate project details and expectations when requesting services.
- Clients are solely responsible for negotiating and finalizing agreements with Freelancers, including scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment.
- Clients acknowledge that theonlineworx.com is not responsible for the performance of Freelancers or the outcomes of their work.
3. Freelancer Responsibilities
- Freelancers must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Freelancers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide to Clients.
- theonlineworx.com is not responsible for Freelancer payments, benefits, or tax obligations.
4. Payments
- Unless otherwise specified, the Service Provider will facilitate the distribution of Freelancer compensation by receiving salary payments from the Client and disbursing them to the respective Freelancers.
- theonlineworx.com does not guarantee payments and is not liable for disputes regarding compensation, but will ensure that funds received from Clients are transferred to Freelancers in accordance with agreed terms.
5. No Guarantee of Results
- We aim to recommend qualified Freelancers, but we make no guarantees regarding performance, quality, or results.
- Clients are encouraged to conduct their own screening and due diligence before engaging Freelancers.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any intellectual property rights related to work delivered by Freelancers belong to the Client and Freelancer, as agreed between them.
- theonlineworx.com does not claim ownership of any content or deliverables produced through engagements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theonlineworx.com shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Client–Freelancer engagements.
- Disputes, misrepresentations, or breaches of contract between Clients and Freelancers.
- Service interruptions, website downtime, or data loss.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use the Website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Termination
