Accounts Receivable Specialist (NetSuite Experience Required) – Remote (Work From Home-Freelancer)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Full-Time, US Business Hours
Salary: Up to $6 per hour depending on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with hands-on NetSuite experience to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position supporting a US-based company.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and communicating professionally with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Track incoming payments and apply them accurately
- Follow up on outstanding balances and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records within NetSuite
- Prepare AR reports and aging summaries
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records
Requirements
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working with US-based companies is a plus
