About the Role:
Our client is seeking skilled Freelance Technical Recruiters who are interested in future projects. This role is not for immediate hiring, but we are collecting applications now so qualified freelancers can be considered when the client starts active recruitment in the coming months.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify candidates for technical roles (software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and other tech positions) for our client’s global clients.
Conduct preliminary candidate screening, assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and client companies.
Maintain records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet client hiring needs.
Provide feedback and recommendations to clients on candidate suitability.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical recruiting, ideally with IT or software roles.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for international clients or across multiple regions/time zones.
Knowledge of technical assessments and coding evaluations.
Understanding of global hiring practices and employer branding.
